With more that twenty years in the workforce behind him Keith understands all too well how it feels to be trapped in a stifling and meaningless job. He has also known the fear associated with retrenchment and facing an uncertain future. This loss of control was the impetus that prompted him to ‘follow his bliss’ and change the course of his own career journey.
